A daughter may outgrow your lap, but she will never outgrow your heart.

I had a great time with this mother/daughter duo on Tuesday afternoon. When Kelli was five her mother, Stephanie, started a tradition with her. They had their photos made together... just the two of them. They have continued to do this every five years. When I arrived for their session they were showing me their past photos and it was such a pleasure that I was able to work with them for their latest photo series.

I think it is such a fun idea. And, I'm thinking of doing it myself... with my girls.
